I, the undersigned, having become a member of THE NIGERIAN SOCIETY OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERS do hereby promise that I will be governed by the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Society, for the time being in force, and that I will accept as final and binding the decisions of the Council on all matters dealt with by them in accordance with the provisions of the said Memorandum and Articles.
I undertake to promote the objects of the Society and order my conduct in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Society and will attend the meetings thereof as often as possible. Provided that whenever I shall signify in writing to the Secretary that I wish to withdraw my name from Register, I will return the society's property-in my possession and shall (after the payment of any arrears, subscription. or other monies which may be due to the society at the period be free from this obligation.
