FORMATION
NICHEM VENTURES LTD (NVL) is a registered Company incorporated as a Limited Liability Company. It is the commercial and business development arm of the Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers. NVL is a subsidiary ot the NSChE $ with the ownership structure of 60% for NSChE and 40% for members of NSCIAE who have subscribed as shareholders. The company's strength lies in its ability to harness the collective expertise of-chemical Engineers both in Nigeria and abroad who are members of the Society.

BUSINESS FOCUS
NVL is fast positioning itself as an Engineering Consultancy company with interest in trading activities in petroleum and its derivatives. Our business focus also includes:
i. Engineering Consultancy Services to Government and Government
Parastatals;
ii. Provision of technical advisory services to Government on
Privatisation;
iii. Technical Audits - In environmental, health and safety in the oil, gas and manufacturing industries;
iv. Providing vocational skills acquisition programme (entrepreneurship) for the development of SMES;
v. Trading activities-petroleum & petrochemical products.

STRATEGIC DIRECTION
NVL'S immediate plan is to generate money through its current efforts in projects and programmes. It is also determined to be financially stable to take on jobs when they become available.
NVL is determined to position itself to compete commercially, favourably and render high quality service to the relevant Government and Corporate bodies that it has been registered to do business with.
